“Light Up the Darkness” was a heart-centered winter gathering created to honor both light and shadow, and to remind us that healing does not happen alone.

This immersive experience brought together a community of healers, intuitives, and creatives to support deep restoration, connection, and personal transformation during the winter season.

Rooted in intention, this space invited attendees to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

Mystic Cove Healing was honored to be part of this beautiful collaboration, offering Reiki and energy healing sessions throughout the event.

These sessions supported attendees in:

• Releasing emotional and energetic heaviness 
• Regulating the nervous system 
• Reconnecting with inner balance and clarity 
• Creating space for healing and renewal 

Each session was offered with intention, compassion, and a commitment to holding safe, supportive space.

This gathering featured a collective of heart-centered practitioners and experiences, including:

The Holistic Health Festival of Newburgh was a vibrant community gathering centered around mind-body wellness, healing, and soulful connection.

This event brought together local practitioners, healers, and wellness advocates to create an accessible and welcoming space for individuals to explore holistic approaches to health and well-being.

From movement and restorative practices to intuitive and energy-based healing, the experience offered something for everyone seeking balance, clarity, and connection.

Mystic Cove Healing was honored to participate in this beautiful community event, offering Reiki and energy healing sessions to attendees.

These sessions supported individuals in:

• Releasing stress and energetic tension 
• Grounding and reconnecting with themselves 
• Creating space for emotional balance and clarity 
• Experiencing energy healing in a gentle, accessible way 

For many, this was an introduction to Reiki in a safe and supportive environment.

The Hudson Valley Sister Social was a beautiful evening centered around connection, self-care, and authentic community.

This gathering brought together women from all walks of life to share space, support one another, and take intentional time to pour back into themselves.

Mystic Cove Healing was honored to be part of this experience, offering Reiki sessions in a space filled with openness, curiosity, and warmth.

Throughout the evening, guests were invited to slow down, reconnect, and be present with themselves.

At the Mystic Cove Healing booth, each session created an opportunity for:

• Energy reset and relaxation
• Emotional release and grounding 
• Quiet reflection and intention setting 
• Reconnection to self

A meaningful highlight was witnessing the intention-setting ritual, where our guest was able to release what no longer served them and create space for something new.

Spaces like this remind us that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

There is power in gathering, in being seen, and in allowing ourselves the time and space to simply be.

Each woman who showed up contributed to the evening's energy in a meaningful way.
